PROJECT

Current experience
 in-store

When I was working at Joshfire, we imagined with USERADGENTS an interactive device allowing clients to get inspired, access the complete range of La Redoute Interieurs products and making their To-Go selection (by printing or e-mailing).

CONTEXT

Opportunity

La Redoute Intérieurs wanted to make the most out of the opening of their new stores in Lyon and Carré Sénart to offer a multi-channel experience in-store.

USER RESEARCH

Interviews & analysis

We began with some field research in La Redoute Intérieurs stores in Paris.

Some of our analysis:

  • Most clients come to get inspired or see materials quality,
  • Nice products but stores too small;
  • Very few salespeople (long wait for clients and difficulties to manage the stores for salespeople);
  • No information about stores stocks online;
  • Products info not up to date or there at all (missing labels)...

PROJECT

Inspiration
 & information

Following that research, we made a customer journey, carried out some recommandations and use cases regarding the type of devices that’d be interesting to the clients, and the relevant info that should appear on that device.

Thus, based on the current possibilities and reality of LRI technical infrastructure, we designed the global experience, the interface and the console itself, and defined the technical solution.

This Proof Of Concept will be deployed in all of the La Redoute Interieurs stores. This device will eventually allow a complete buying journey, for a seamless omnichannel experience.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simple & efficient

A touchscreen (connected to the e-commerce’s website’s data) and a thermal printer are hidden inside solid pine and stainless steel consoles and tables, materials that easily blend with the design of those new stores.
